Black screen / no signal on screen

There are several possible reasons for black screens:
  1. A wrong input channel is set (e.g. HDMI2 instead of HDMI1)
  2. A display timer is set (e.g. it's 8 am but the timer for the screen to be switched on is set for 9 am). Please take care that you are using the right time zone in your settings.
  3. The viewneo Signage Stick is connected via USB to the screen. If the screen has been switched off by a display timer, viewneo will switch off the signage stick as well and can only be put back in operation through a manual switch-on.
