If you have updated your playlist but it's not showing on your device, it may be due to the following reasons:
- Missing network connection: If your network connection got cut off and you will need to connect your Signage Stick again with your WiFi. Here is a guide that can help you get reconnected. Additionally, you can check on the heartbeat of your player. This shows you the status of the current connection, as well as, your connection to our server and the last time the content was updated.
- Another playlist is assigned to the device, which is in a higher level device group. This results in a different playlist being shown then you expect. To correct this, please check that the set playlist of your device and the device group are the same. Finally, check all of your settings to ensure that there is not another setting which is stopping the correct playlist from being displayed.
- The update interval is too long: check the settings of your update interval. Perhaps you have made changes to your playlist but the player has not yet been updated. To address this, you can set a shorter update interval to ensure that your content is updated more frequently. Note that this change won't take place until the end of your former update interval. If you need to get your content updated sooner, you can also update your content manually by yourself.
