User Management: Add customer

 

If you are using viewneo Enterprise solution you can add your customers in the new special section. First, choose the activated API icon on the left side. 

Afterwards you can add new users/clients by using the button Create Account and filling in the following information: name of the account, enter the super user e-mail for this new account and set the number of licenses. 

You will now be able to edit the created account. To do so, click the three dots on the right side of the account information. You will be presented with some options.  

Choose the first item edit to make further changes to this account's settings, such as: 

  • add information
  • add another user to this account
  • manage the licenses belonging to this account
  • add plugins to this account


 

 

Finally don't forget to save everything and your customer is good to go.
